Due to harsh weather conditions over the past few days, our normal delivery service has not yet resumed and is still temporarily unreliable. Please liaise closely with our sales team on 01525 850085 and allow at least 2-3 days for delivery to ensure your goods are delivered on time. Again, this problem is out of our control and we appreciate your understanding as we make progress together.

Although not as serious as last week these problems are still on-going. Our couriers hope it will be much sooner but normal service may not resume until January 2018. This is due to a backlog of discrepancies that are taking priority and there's nothing we can do. Please continue to allow for 2-3 days delivery before you require your item, liaise with our sales team for more information.

Due to the recent Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotions across the UK, our couriers have been overloaded and are struggling to guarantee our standard next day delivery service. This will also affect our Pre-NOON and Pre-10:30 shipping services so for the next few days please bear in mind there might be a 2-3 day lead time on all deliveries shipped from our warehouse. Please liaise with our sales team to identify the convenient delivery time for your item so we can fulfil your requirements.
