Szilvia Takes the Crown as July Employee of the Month
‘I like to dig into big projects, keep in close touch with customers, and help find a solution to any of their installation challenges,’ says Szilvia, a valuable member of the Leisuretec sales team, ‘accommodating their needs and maybe even recommending alternative products to help with their requirements.’
Her consistency and drive certainly paid off in July, which proved to be a very busy month of big installations and huge festival orders. Szilvia proactively followed up projects that had been cooking for months, with a lot of hard work and back and forth becoming success stories.
She helped a customer secure an ongoing lighting and audio contract for a franchise of drama schools – a mix of Chauvet, ADJ, RCF, Tascam, Allen & Heath, and Zero 88. Other big wins included a large shipment of Martin Audio, a shipment of EW-DX for another returning customer, and 200 Cloud wall speakers for a big warehouse job.
Speaking about the latter, Szilvia says: ‘This project required a really quick turnaround, so we had to liaise closely with the customer on when and where they needed the delivery. We managed to get all 200 speakers delivered on time so they could complete the install. Helping to hit tight deadlines, even at last minute, always gives me a great sense of achievement.’
