March 2025 Employee of the Month

It’s a resounding pat on the back for Isaiah (Izzy). Barely two weeks after stepping through the Leisuretec doors he’s a deserving winner of Employee of the Month for March 2025, an accolade that comes with a £100 bonus.
Starting a new job can be daunting, but Izzy has jumped right in, feet first, and his integration into the E-Commerce Sales team has felt seamless. Already, it’s as if he’s been here forever.
During a brilliant first full week managing web sales, he’s swiftly learnt how to process online orders so they can be shipped from our warehouse to meet every customer’s requested delivery date.
Picking up on this role really well and knuckling down while also quietly getting on with his own orders in the background have earned him a clutch of votes from fellow colleagues. ‘Sometimes people email me directly for a quote for a product and carriage and I provide those details, reserving stock and ensuring all the information is correct,’ Izzy explains.

More than anything, though, his positivity and the real desire to learn about our products – in his spare time too – are making him a valuable member of the Leisuretec family. ‘Being nominated, and winning, has made me feel very welcome,’ Izzy adds. ‘I’m trying to learn things quickly and it’s good to be recognised for the work I’m doing.’
