Our trade website is built to perform well across all modern, up-to-date browsers. Using a depreciated or older browser will result in sub-optimal performance and some specific features might be work as intended.

As a UK Trade Distributor, we only deal in Sterling so therefore you cannot change the currency on our website.

We currently don't have an app but have designed our trade website to be responsive on all mobile devices meaning you easy browse and place orders on your smartphone or tablet.

  1. Once logged in, go to "My Account" > "Account Information" in the main navigation at the top of your screen
  2. Update your information and click the Submit Request button

Please note: To protect us and our customers from fraud we do not let customers update their details directly on our trade website. Once you select the "Submit Request" button your information will be processed by our sales team who will update your information in our system or contact you if they have any questions.

Our website is built to perform well across all modern and up-to-date browsers but if you're experiencing problems trying to access it, we encourage you to try the below:

Delete your cookies

You may need to delete your cookies. A Cookie is a small file that we store on your computer to let us know who you are the next time you visit. See more information about Cookies here

Please note that all items in your basket will be lost if you delete your cookies, so may sure you save a list of them manually so you can re-add them afterwards.

You can delete your cookies on most internet browsers by going to Settings / Options > Tools or History

Restart your browser

Once you've cleared your cookies it's good practise to restart your browser. Close it, reopen it and then go back to our site and you should be able to use it without any problems.

Update your operating system

If you are still having trouble accessing our website, we encourage you to update your computer's operating system e.g. Windows or Mac OSX

Contact Us

If the problem still persists, contact us on 01525 850085 or sales@leisuretec.co.uk with the following information:

  • As much detail as you can about the issue
  • Screenshots of any error messages you get
  • Which web browser you're using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.)
  • What you've done so far to try to resolve it

You must login with your trade login details before shopping online with us. If you are struggling to login, there are a few things worth checking:

  • Make sure you are using the same email and password you were set up with (or most recent password)
  • If you can't remember your password, click on the "forgotten password" link on the login page. This will ask you to type in your email on another page where you can request a new password reset email.
  • If you've reset your password using this link and you still can't login, call our team on 01525 850085 and we'll be able to support you.
  1. On the login page, select the "forgot password" link underneath the Login / Register buttons
  2. Type in your email address and click the Reset Password button
  3. You will receive password reset email that contains a temporary password you can use to login
  4. Go back to the login page and login using your email address and temporary password
  5. Once logged in, go to "My Account" > "Account Password" in the main navigation at the top of your screen
  6. Here you can overwrite your temporary password to something more memorable.
