CHAUVET Professional extends the warranty of 3 product lines

CHAUVET Professional are extending the warranty terms to their Maverick, Rogue and Ovation LED driven product lines to 3 years for indoor fixtures with an extension to 5 years for LED failure.
Outdoor fixtures will remain at 2 years for both fixture and LED failure, as will all other warranty terms for other items.
As a further point of note they will be offering this retrospectively from 1st January 2020, so all customers who have purchased these items already this year will now enjoy the benefits of this extension, at no additional cost.
New Warranty Details
- Maverick, Rogue and Ovation LED Lighting Fixtures
- Fixture (See below for LED Engine warranty periods)
- Indoor-Rated Products: 3-years
- Outdoor-Rated Products (IP54 and higher): 2-years
- LED Engine: Covering LED failure (Excludes lumen maintenance (L70) and colour maintenance)
- Indoor-Rated Products: 5-years
- Outdoor-Rated Products (IP54 and higher): 2-years
- Fixture (See below for LED Engine warranty periods)
- Maverick, Rogue and Ovation Lamp Lighting Fixtures: 2-years
- All Other Lighting Fixtures: 2-years
- LED Video Products: 2-years
- Programmable Controllers: 2-years
- Networking Products: 1-year
- Atmospherics Products (Fog and Haze Machines): 1-year
- Trussing, Bags & Chauvet-Branded Accessories (other than batteries): 1-year
- Batteries: 6-months
