Leisuretec Highlights from ISE2019

Amsterdam, Netherlands - Integrated Systems Europe ISE celebrated its biggest year yet with over 1,300 exhibitors, a showcase of unique special events, seminars and more visitor registrations than ever. We visited the show to catch up with suppliers, customers and check out the latest tech from our key manufacturers.
Sennheiser debuted the TeamConnect SL Ceiling Mic 2, a very exciting installed microphone solution for conference, presentation, meetings and corporate applications. The SL Ceiling Mic can be flushed mounted, suspended or ceiling mounted and uses Sennheiser’s patented dynamic beamforming technology to pick up multiple speakers in the room. This guarantees the best speech intelligibility and pick-up radius of up to 60 sqm.
Martin Audio showcased their new ADORN On-Wall Installation Speakers suitable for many applications like retail outlets, bars, restaurants and corporate offices. They also featured their new SXC118 Cardioid Subwoofer, harnessing innovative technology to ensure a cardioid dispersion pattern to control noise spill when on stage.
Electro-Voice displayed the EVC Series compact fixed installation speakers, consisting of five base models with coverage patterns suitable for a wide range of indoor / outdoor sound reinforcement applications. EVID-S Series were also on booth boasting their innovative wall-mount system making installation extremely quick and easy.
Apart Audio promoted their P60DT Pendant Series dual Gripple™ wire suspension system by inviting visitors to take part in a timed challenge, with the quickest single speaker install taking only 42 seconds. They also demonstrated their new PMR4000RMK2 Professional Multi-Source Player which features Spotify Integration, a very innovative feature for installed applications.
Cloud Electronics debuted the Cloud Contractor Series, their new range of cost effective line of electronics and speaker solutions aimed at entry level solutions and applications.
ISE is also well known for its industry leading seminars and training opportunities. Martin Audio ran regular live demonstrations of their new speaker systems and Audio-Technica presented a detailed seminar on the company’s heritage, their future direction and latest product developments. The events proved very popular with attendees from across the industry making it a brilliant networking opportunity for all.
