Significant IT System Issues - RESOLVED

We are pleased to inform you that the IT issues we have been dealing with over the past 2 weeks have now been resolved. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the process and once again would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Regrettably we are experiencing significant issues with our IT systems which is causing temporary delays on emails and in some cases various emails have been lost. We are working hard in the background to try and resolve the problem, we don't yet have a time scale on when the problem will be resolved however we will keep you updated.
For the immediate future, please call us on 01525 850085. We believe we're on top of all incoming emails from the last 48 hours however if you have emailed us, please give us a call to make sure we've received your email and have actioned it accordingly.
