Tir Prince install Void on Grand Lamborghini Carousel

Tir Prince Leisure Group has undertaken a unique project to enhance the audio experience of "The Grand Carousel." This mobile two-story carousel, manufactured by Lamborghini Italy, is specifically designed for Llandudno Pier, the longest 150-year-old Victorian pier in Wales. Following its grand appearance at the “Kingdom of Winter” in London, the carousel will be relocated to North Wales for its grand opening on Llandudno Pier later in the year.
The primary objective of the project is to design and install a sound system for The Grand Carousel. The system needs to be discrete, of high quality, capable of emulating traditional carousel organ sounds, and resilient enough to withstand the harsh coastal outdoor environment. A wireless connection was necessary between the audio source which is located off the ride and in the ride itself, considering the rotation of the carousel.
Tir Prince Leisure Group opted for Void speakers, despite not having previous experience with them. The decision was influenced by their high-quality reputation and the discreteness of the Cyclone 4 model. The expectation is that Void speakers will provide the desired audio experience while seamlessly blending with the aesthetics of The Grand Carousel.
The installation on The Grand Carousel marks a potential milestone for Void, as it is likely the first time their speakers have been installed on this type of attraction.
