Szilvia is one of our web sales champions, supporting your online orders as well as the rest of the team with her bubbly personality and positive thinking. With a passion for problem solving and knack for building relationships, Szilvia loves a challenge. When she’s not fulfilling your online orders, she enjoys travelling the world, spending time with family in the countryside and salsa dancing...oh and did we mention she's also a purple belt in kickboxing!

Following a 5-year break from the industry, Clover is BACK! And better than ever! With a number of years in various customer facing roles, Clover’s experience combined with her friendly demeanour and approachable personality makes her very well-equipped to answer your sales enquiries via phone, email and our trade website.

Outside of work, Clover enjoys getting stuck into a good novel or cooking new food recipes (and of course eating them). She also enjoys expressing her creativity through her freelance photography work and by cultivating her own particular brand of friendly sarcasm. If you’ve spoken to her on the phone, you’ll know exactly what we mean!

With an impressive background of 14 years in the B2B environment, this is Emma’s first taste in the AV industry. Her role is focused in sales, carrying on her previous streak of experience, engaging with customers, quoting equipment and processing sales orders. Outside of work, if Emma isn’t shopping, getting her nails done or treating herself to a spa day, she’s sunning it up on holiday drinking a cheeky G&T on the beach! Safe to say she fits in pretty well within Team Leisuretec.

Conor has joined Leisuretec as our E-Commerce Sales Administrator with an extensive background in customer service and relations. This took great attention to detail which makes him the perfect fit for this role of processing web orders, contacting customers and vendors, collaborating with the sales team and responding to sales enquiries. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Conor possesses a diverse range of interests and hobbies. He’s an avid football fan (Man U Unfortunately) and enjoys the world of entertainment from varieties of music, books, movies and video games and some even picked up from his globe-trotting adventure around the world.

A true salesman at heart, he’d already made a name for himself by the time he joined Team Leisuretec, working his way up to the position of Commercial Manager. With over 19 years under his belt at Leisuretec, Wayne is uniquely positioned to make strategic decisions throughout the business, putting his years of industry knowledge toward supporting and advising all departments.

When he's not working on the next sale, he's working up a sweat in the garage, working out which movie to watch next with the family, or working through the latest video game with his kids.

From a solid background in B2B marketing, this is Jazz’s first taste of the AV and entertainment industry and she was certainly thrown in the deep end, joining us at PLASA Focus 2023 after just one week in her new role. Don’t worry… She survived!

Outside of work, you'll find Jazz modifying her car or raving with her friends, you’ll probably find her binge-watching The Walking Dead with a Wagas. And when she’s not doing that, she’s helping out with everything marketing; adding more products to our website, designing our marketing emails, assisting with events and on-boarding new customers.

Oh, and did we mention that when she makes tea by putting the milk in first? Strange. There's no doubt she fits in well at Leisuretec!

With a First Class Honours degree in Multimedia Computing, James puts his background in IT to good use populating and maintaining the products and information on our website. During his time at university, he also developed a passion for digital design and art work and enjoys working graphic design and 3D modelling. When he’s not flexing his creative muscles, James can be found in the gym, eating or watching / playing sports.

A member of the Leisuretec family since he was born, Charlie loves his music and is a keen drummer, pianist and previously a DJ. He joined Leisuretec in 2015 and during that time has experienced many parts of the business and certainly follows in his father’s footsteps as they both share a very similar and huge passion: Leisuretec.

Charlie currently oversees everything marketing, website and IT, whilst innovating in the background and pushing forward special projects to continuously improve our infrastructure, processes and therefore our value proposition to our customers.

Heading up our service team as well, Pete moves at Supersonic speed to Save You and your projects when you need it most, putting us Light Years ahead of the competition.

And if you hadn’t guessed, he’s a big Pearl Jam fan.

Rob has joined Leisuretec with 17 years’ worth of experience in customer care for both an electrical and specialised distribution company. He has an impressive amount of knowledge in repairs and customer care making him the ideal man for our new Customer Service Co-ordinator role. Outside of work, Rob plays table tennis for Milton Keynes League alongside his other sporting hobbies like running, badminton and has even hiked famous mountains such as Ben Nevis and Snowdon… so we’re sure he’s more than capable of taking the service team to new heights!

With well over 10+ years’ experience in logistics and warehouse operation, Lee has sharpened his teeth with such distribution and manufacturing giants and Arla Dairy and Peli Biothermal. As part of our Logistics team, Lee keeps our warehouse in order and works closely with our shipping partners to get your goods out the door. And with a penchant for rock climbing and jumping out of planes, it’s safe to say Lee’s not afraid to go to extreme lengths to fulfil your orders.

In between travelling to far flung and exotic destinations like Benidorm, Jason’s managed to rack up over 25 years’ in the distribution and warehousing across a wide range of industries. Safe to say then he knows his way around our warehouse like a pro. As a keen member of our logistics team, Jason’s daily responsibilities include taking goods in, fulfilling orders and organising and maintaining our huge inventory of stock. In his down time Jason also enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching darts & pool and visiting his favourite football team Southampton FC.

No stranger to working as part of a large operation, Mark’s time spent building Heathrow Terminal 5 and working abroad in warehousing and distribution have given him a unique perspective into a wide range of industries. At Leisuretec, Mark is responsible for several aspects of the daily running of our warehouse including inventory maintenance, order fulfilment, warehouse maintenance and he’s also a dab hand with our resident Bendi (forklift).

When Iain isn’t rocking out with his brit-pop/indie band, he’s rocking out in the warehouse. Well, that’s if “rocking out” meant lugging heavy boxes around, booking goods in, picking, packing and getting your orders despatched accurately and on time. Not only does Iain have a keen interest in our industry, he's also got 25+ years of warehouse experience. So it's safe to say, you're in good hands!

Aside from his band, Iain also enjoys collecting vinyl records, reading DC comics and watching sci-fi movies.
