Couriers

We use two different couriers to deliver your goods. Most shipments are delivered via DPD and we will occasionally use Tuffnells for heavier goods and / or palletised shipments.

Our delivery services include:

  • Next working day by 10:30 [BY1030]
  • Next working day by 12:00 [BY1200]
  • Saturday by 12:00 [SATBY1200]
  • Two day (only available for remote locations) [2DAY]

Locations

We only deliver into the UK and divide it into 8 zones. Below is a list of the zones and the delivery services available.

Below are the postcodes we use to define each zone:

Shipping Cut Off

We conveniently offer our customers a very late delivery cut off of 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 16:00 on Friday. Place your order before these times for same day despatch with your selected shipping service.

We can organise delivery for a specific time or date but please speak to our sales team as this feature is not currently available on our trade website.

We occasionally have customers who order their goods and require delivery to site on a specific date. In this example we are happy to hold onto your goods for you for the time-being until your customer / the site is ready to receive the shipment.

Yes! We have many local customers who choose to collect. Currently, our website does not let you select customer collection at checkout so instead, place your order with our sales team on 01525 850085 and we can organise a date / time that is convenient for you. Of course, we do not charge a delivery service on customer collections.

Our couriers are unable to delivery to PO boxes.

We can redirect your order to a different address but only if your goods have not yet left our warehouse. 

Once your order is confirmed it is received by our despatch team who pick and prepare your items for shipment. We have multiple courier collections throughout the afternoon with our last DPD pick up just after 17:00. Your order may be collected anytime throughout the afternoon so if you need to cancel your order, amend the items or change the delivery address please call us as soon as possible so we have the best chance of intercepting the goods before they leave our warehouse.

Most shipments are delivered via DPD whereas we will occasionally use Tuffnells for heavier goods and / or palletised shipments.

DPD

  • When your goods are shipped with DPD you will receive a tracking link via text message and / or email.
  • You can also download the DPD app via our help and support page.

Tuffnells

  • Tuffnells currently do not offer a tracking service. If your goods have not arrived to you by 17:30 the next day call our team on 01525 850085 and we can investigate your order with the courier.
  • If you need your goods sooner than 17:30, can we contact after 13:00 (Tuffnell's terms) and try to organise a more specific delivery slot in the afternoon.
  • We only use Tuffnells when an item on your order exceeds 30kg or thereabouts.

Yes. We can ship your goods to you, to site or directly to your customer. This can be done both through our trade website and also through our sales team on 01525 850085.

We can deliver your goods to Northern Ireland on an overnight service (next working day) or a two day service, depending on which delivery speed you choose when placing your order.

We can deliver your goods to Channel Isles on an overnight service (next working day) or a two day service, depending on which delivery speed you choose when placing your order.

We only deliver into the UK and don't export goods to the EU. If you require delivery to Southern Ireland or anywhere else in the EU, we ask that you organise your own courier collection. In these circumstances please organise your collection time and date with our sales team on +44 (0) 1525 850085.

No matter which courier delivers your goods, if you selected the overnight delivery service then your goods will be with you next working day. Below is a breakdown of the different UK locations we deliver to and their service speed options:

You can select your delivery service and speed at checkout. All orders placed before shipping cut off are despatched same day. Our standard shipping service is next working day. Shipping cut off is 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 16:00 on Fridays.

If you are not in when your order arrives, the courier will either try to deliver to a neighbour or leave a card. The goods will go out again for next working day and if it fails again the goods will be held until an instruction is made to deliver the goods.

Please bear in mind that we are charged a redelivery charge so if you are repeatedly not available to receive the delivery you may be responsible for this charge. In these circumstances we would review every situation individually.

Out of Office Hours

Our office hours are 08:30 – 17:30 Mon – Thu and 08:30 – 17:00 on Fridays. If you place an order on our trade website out of working hours, then it will be processed when we return to the office on the next working day.

Bank Holidays

Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed and despatched when our team returns to the office on the next working day.

Weekends

Orders placed on a weekend will be processed and despatched the following Monday or when our team returns to the office.

All goods from stock are shipped same working day and our standard delivery service is Next Working Day. 

Track the order via text or email

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link from DPD. Follow the links provided to track your order.

Contact Us

If your delivery service is late, call us on 01525 850085 and our team can track the progress of your order whilst on the phone. 

We try to recycle as many cardboard boxes and packaging materials as we can. When goods arrive to Leisuretec, we save any surplus boxes and packaging and then re-use these for customer orders. Most items are then heat-shrink wrapped in a LDPE 4 (low-density polyethylene) recyclable plastic material to protect your goods in transit.

We encourage you to recycle all of the packaging your items arrive in.
