The MXE5-64 Matrix Mix Engine is a performance audio matrix designed to deliver high-quality audio in fixed installation projects, operating at 96 kHz or 48 kHz. Working as a control centre and communications hub for other system devices and IP-based peripherals, it provides comprehensive supervision and system wide control, featuring 12 analogue mic/line inputs, 8 line outputs and 64x64 Dante channels.
The freely configurable DSP unit offers a variety of DSP blocks, the configurable matrix blocks support up to 3840 cross-points and up to 256 internal signal paths for customized DSP designs. Onboard are professional input and output processing features, including mixing, parametric EQ, delays, compression, limiting, ducking, auto mixing, auto gain control, ambient noise compensation and a comprehensive speaker processing with FIR drive.
MXE’s TaskEngine provides advanced, system wide control with functions like scheduler and scene handling. The MXE5-64 is entirely designed and configured in SONICUE Sound System Software which also allows the creation of customized GUIs for use in SONICUE Control on TPC-1 touch panels, iOS devices or PCs.
