The Miniature Clip Mic MCM System raises the bar of electret capsules. And as a true Neumann, picks the typical sound from all acoustic instruments in live applications. It redefines the standard in natural sound, practicality, reliable mounting, and longevity. The system includes nine instrument-specific mounting clips for a wide variety of acoustic instruments. The modular construction allows for easy replacements and guarantees a superior low cost of ownership.
The KK 14 captures the signature sound of acoustic instruments with unmatched precision and neutrality. It overcomes former limitations of the electret principle to deliver a wider bass and mid-range, and a confident elegance in the treble. Whether quiet nuances or the peak dynamics of a strong fortissimo: With a maximum SPL of 153, the KK 14 is open to all details.
Includes a universal clip for attaching the capsule and gooseneck of the Miniature Clip Mic system to the bell of a trumpet, trombone, saxophone or other horn, to percussion instruments and to pole stands. The gooseneck holder rotates along two axes and locks in 45° increments to allow you to adjust the orientation.
